Little Eva Narcissus Boyd는 Carole King(캐롤킹)과 Gerry Goffin(제리고핀)의 유모였다.

송라이팅 팀인 그들은 Eva가 집에서 춤을 추는 것에 영감을 받아 "Locomotion"을 작곡해서

Eva 또한 그들의 데모 음반에서 노래를 불렀는데 1962년 빌보드차트 1위를 차지했다

유모의 삶을 살다가 인생역전한 Eva는그 이후 불행하게도  싸구려 댄스가수로 분류되었고

다시는 그녀의 첫번때 싱글처럼 성공할 수 없었다.
